Not in a fluffy, "we light candles and meditate all day" way.

In a very real sense:

We walked away.

From rigid schedules. From grey offices. From work that felt… disconnected from being human.

And we built something else.

We didn't go remote for the trend

Let's be honest — "remote work" is not special anymore. Everyone says they do it.

But most companies just moved the same office culture… into Slack. Same control. Same unnecessary meetings. Same "are you online?" energy.

We weren't interested in that.

We wanted freedom that actually feels like freedom.

So yes — we're fully remote. But more importantly, we're built to work without borders.

Our team isn't shaped by one place. And neither is our thinking.

Because the moment you limit your world, you limit your perspective.

Global thinking sharpens perspective

When your world is too small, your ideas become predictable.

We've built Moksha to stay connected to a wider view. Different markets. Different cultures. Different ways people live, buy, and decide.

That directly shapes how we design.

We don't design for "what looks nice". We design for how people actually behave — across contexts, not just one.

Because real users are not all the same. And your product shouldn't be built like they are.

Small team. Real attention.

We're not a big agency. And we don't want to be.

Because somewhere along the way, "growing" started meaning:

  • less care

We chose the opposite.

A small group of people who actually give a shit. About the work. About the details. About the people we work with.

Kindness is not a weakness

There's this weird idea in business that being sharp means being cold.

We don't buy that.

And no — that doesn't slow things down. It makes the work better.
